Bead boards are very useful for laying out a jewellery design before constructing a piece of jewellery. The flocked surface stops beads from rolling about and the recessed wells are useful for holding beads, needles and findings.
This particular board has space for three strands of beads. The marks around the outside of the board give the size in inches, the inner marks give the size in centimetres. This allows you to easily keep track of the length of your necklace or bracelet.
